    • This web-site isn’t that expensive. Search for web hosting services, and pick one. I’m not using a free one, since that usually means that you have to host loads of adverts that aren’t under your control, but I’m using a very basic package. Look for one that includes a site builder tool for non-technical people and a blog tool such as WordPress.
